Support Engineer – iManage Certified – London – up to £50k
I’m working with a growing international business based in Central London who are looking for an iManage Certified Support Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll be brought in to provide support and technical knowledge on their iManage product and other bespoke developed software. You will deal directly with clients to manage and deal with any issues raised in a timely and efficient manner
You’ll be joining a company with a fantastic reputation in their industry with a long-established client base. They are currently looking to grow their UK operation rapidly so there will be plenty of opportunity for career progression
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Experience supporting iManage
- Ideally you will be an iManage Certified Engineer (WSCE, ATP or ASE)
- Windows Technologies (7,8,10)
- MS Office knowledge
- MS SQL Server
- Active Directory
- T-SQL
- Excellent communication skills
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a benefits package that includes 25 days holiday + BH, Flexibility to work from home, Laptop, Phone & 50% overtime rates!
