Mid-Level Front-End Developer - Up to £50k - Fully Remote

My client is an established Fintech start-up who are after securing a very strong valuation of $9 million at Series A is looking to scale the tech team by 10-15 over the next year!

Role

As a Front End engineer, you will be working directly with the CTO and Head Developer and have the opportunity to deliver projects on their core platform and internal portals

The business currently has a roadmap of around 20 projects for the next 12 months. This consists of everything from API design / Integration, The development of a greenfield performance portal, and 3rd party integrations with new exchange partners.

Their current platform is built using TypeScript and React on the front end and is hosted on AWS.

Requirements

• STEM Degree
• 2+ Years Experience with TypeScript and React

You Must have the right to work in the UK, as they ask their engineers to come to the office once a quarter or once a month

Desirable

• Experience with Python
• Experience with SQL or GraphQL
• They like people with UX experience, doesn't necessarily have to be design experience

Process:

• First Stage - Culture chat with HR
• Second Stage with – 30 minutes (background / Projects / Tech experience)
• Third Stage – 1-hour Technical Interview (Reading Python)
• Final Stage – Meeting with Co-founders

Package

• Salary - £40,000 - £50,000
• Bonus paid every 4 months – Up to 30%
• Pension Scheme
• EMI option (Equity)
