Engineering Manager – Copenhagen – Up to 70,000 DKK per month + benefits
We’ve partnered with a truly exciting tech business in Copenhagen, as they look to grow their software engineering team by another 25% this year!
The company definitely fall under the ‘tech for good’ umbrella – as they help businesses and consumers to make the transition into using electric vehicles. Because of the complexity of their industry, they have a variety of products on offer to their users.
They currently have a headcount of approximately 120 – with 45 of those being in the technology team! The goal this year is to increase the team by another 8-10 people, following the successful launch of a new platform.
You’ll be working on a hybrid model in their stylish Copenhagen HQ. Most of the team do three days per week in the office, but you can do anywhere between 2-5 depending on what works best for you!
The role
You’ll be coming into the business and taking leadership of a squad immediately, so you’ll need to have prior experience working as an Engineering Manager!
Some of the things you’ll be involved in day-to-day include:
The team you will be leading will comprise of TypeScript Engineers, DevOps Engineers etc so whilst you will very rarely be writing any code yourself, it’s vital that you have an expert level of knowledge of at least one of these areas.
The process
On offer is up to 70,000 DKK per month plus incredibly strong pension, discretionary bonus, private healthcare and over 30 days of vacation per year!

- Coaching & mentoring team members in a range of areas
- Internal stakeholder management
- Planning & delegation based on product roadmaps
The team you will be leading will comprise of TypeScript Engineers, DevOps Engineers etc so whilst you will very rarely be writing any code yourself, it’s vital that you have an expert level of knowledge of at least one of these areas.
