Job Description

Senior Data Engineer / Saas Chatbot provider / Fully remote UK 

I am excited to be working alongside a market leading SaaS provider who specialise in integrating intelligent Chatbot into customer engagement platforms. They are now looking to recruit within their  Engineering teams and are looking a Senior Data Engineer to assist with scaling and improving their current product.

Company

As a company they were formed over 10 years ago and specialise in providing a social engagement platform. Their platform gives clients access to conversational experiences using both human and Chatbot engagement. As a company they have several offices spread across the US, UK, and Europe with a total of 30 developer and engineers working in a number of distributed teams. As a Data Engineer you will be joining a distributed team of 5 Engineers with a new member being onboarded soon.

The Role

As a Data Engineer you will be expected work on a variety of ongoing projects including, working on system architecture for new component and for legacy systems whilst also developing third party integrations for their agent workspace team. There will also be some greenfield work involved as the company continue building out brand new features to scale and enhance their platform. As a Senior you will also play a key role in the leading of projects and mentoring of more junior developers.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a new and growing team whilst owning whole Data lifecycle.
