Product Manager – Up to £70k – London
An innovative and passionate start-up with big plans for both Product and team growth. They’ve identified a problem and have created a solution for businesses with a high traffic of data that nobody else has managed to figure out.
They’re already providing to businesses globally and are looking to put a drive on supplying to a wider market, venturing into new sectors and parts of the world with an ever-improving SaaS platform.

As a Product Manager in a small team, you will take the lead on delivery of all products and features for the business.
You will be supported by a team of developers, designers and the CEO.
You will be the one responsible for delivering new features for an innovative SaaS platform turning complex problems into simple, appealing and usable solutions for businesses globally.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of the product, from concept through to build and go to market.
You will have the opportunity to grow a team and hugely influence the direction of the product, and therefore the business.
Your day to day will see you:
• Brainstorming, working with the design team, senior management, engineering among others to flesh out brand new ideas for features.
• motivating driving the team whilst managing it all from a matrix view-point
• Engaging with stakeholders and customers to make sure product is kept on spec.
Ideally you will need to have 3+ years’ experience in Product Management, able to convey complicated information clearly and concisely.
You will have a strong B2B background, ideally working on data heavy SaaS platforms.
As you will be managing a delivery team, it’s important that you’re a team player, ideally with some prior leadership experience.
In a nutshell, you will need to demonstrate experience of the following:
• Delivering SaaS products
• Experience with large amounts of data or high traffic platforms
• Matrix Managing product teams
• Agile/Scrum/SLDC experience
• Creating user journeys and product roadmaps
• Experience of building products from the ground up and taking them to market would be desirable.
A Generous starting salary of up to £70,000 (DOE) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, bonus scheme, company equity potential, fantastic working flexibility; there are no set hours here, as long as the output is sufficient you can come and go as you please (within reason of course), flexibility on working from home or remotely, with them being a small team at the moment it would be ideal for the team to have someone in the office 3 days a week.
