Principal Frontend Engineer / Chapter Lead – €80,000 - €100,000 – Berlin

Their platform is helping medical professionals across the world ensure they are providing a service like no other. Their platform is used by half a million people worldwide and has heavily contributed to the significant progression seen in the health sector over the last few years.
They are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop their international platform using an extremely modern tech stack including React, Node, Docker, Kubernetes and many more! They are looking to add a talented Principal Frontend Developer to their diverse and multinational team, within an environment where there is transparency and a willingness to listen and learn from each other’s thoughts and ideas.
You will take complete ownership and have the responsibility to evolve the company’s frontend architecture and ensure that it can be worked on by a team of over 20 engineers. The successful candidate will work closely with the CTO and other technical leaders to make key decisions and lay out future technical projects.
You will be responsible for scaling up a frontend team and ensure that the on-boarding process is clear and precise based on frontend related skills. The platform will be there to be a voice in the developer community and promote the company’s brand in your area of expertise.
You must have previous experience as a chapter lead or principal engineer for a team of 10+ engineers. You must also be an expert with:
- React (3+ years)
- Docker, Kubernetes, Webpack
- Another frontend framework (Vue or Angular)
