Junior Product Manager (FinTech) – London – Up to £45k + Excellent package
Amicus Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading FinTech organisation in the heart of London.
This exciting start-up is looking to completely streamline the way businesses and banks work together to raise funds. They launched over 4 years ago and are already used by over 20 investment banks in around the world.
You will be working in a very collaborative culture with a string “Can-do” attitude to get things done.
The company is small but growing, however they are already global. They’ve seen tremendous growth over the past few years, and now support business’ across all major continents. You will work within a small team of product, engineering and business development teams. There are currently a team of 12, made up from Front and Backend Developers, Product Designers and the CTO.
The Role: -
You will initially oversee the product development process and ensure that the team is able to operate at peak performance. You will be responsible for planning sprints, overseeing tickets, quality assurance and making sure things are on spec. You will also be tasked with co-ordinating stakeholders and will oversee and be responsible for your own features. Initially you will take on small product management tasks and quickly grow into a product manager. You will be given support and training including paid for courses to help you progress and fast-track into more senior roles.
1-2 years experience working as a software developer/product manager/product owner - Well organised, can manage time, will love solving problems – ideally have an eye for UX/UI.
-Interested in technology/fintech - Degree from a top-tier university, excellent comms, strong attention to detail and a hard worker. Someone who is enthusiastic and has a passion for fintech really will thrive in this environment.
