Primary purpose of job


Leading the project to implement the Board’s decision to set-up a trading subsidiary overseas

Duties and key responsibilities

  • To act as the Project Lead to implement strategic initiative;
  • To prepare Implementation Plan
  • In conjunction with the relevant others:
    • Establish a physical office abroad in said country;
    • Set-up in-country accountancy and payroll support;
    • Map existing operational processes and develop these in:
      • Sales, Sales support and sales operations
      • Marketing, marketing support, marketing communication and operations
      • Logistics
      • Audit, including scoping, resourcing and QA
      • Training, including scoping, resourcing and QA
    • Prepare market development strategy;
    • Establish financial reporting procedures;
    • Establish appropriate Corporate Governance and reporting structures.
