Providing our consultants with world class L&D is central to our people-centric strategy and you will help support & develop our experienced consultants, whilst delivering best-in-class training to trainee consultants.  The role Deliver business critical training to staff to enable all consultants to achieve their goals. Deliver the 12-week Amicus Trainee Programme for onboarding new trainees. Provide a seamless experience to new starters to ensure they settle well into life at Amicus. Develop new training content, as well as updating existing training material. Provide both in-person and virtual training as required. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to develop new initiatives to fill those gaps. What do I need to be successful? A clear passion to develop the skills of other people. Successful proven experience as a 360 recruiter. Superb communication skills with the ability to keep people engaged. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills – the ability to identify skills gap knowledge. Superb organisation and time management skills. Exert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.  Good education background.
