Technical Business Analyst – London – Up to £425p/d

Amicus Recruitment are proud to be working with a market leading organisational who are on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst on an initial 6-month contract. Based out of their offices in central London, you’ll be brought in to help gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications in order to develop products that surpass clients requirements & expectations

You will be joining a dynamic team, working closely with different clients across various markets design and build products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of CRM platform including mobile, web, databases data mining and visual tools
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and scope the business needs to a scope of work
  • Translate business requirements to technical specifications, create user stories, test scenarios whilst working collaboratively with development and QA teams
  • Gap analysis and produce new ideas to improve customer experience
  • Update technical documentation

Skills

You must have experience in these skills to be successful in this position:

  • Strong background as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Solid background of data warehouse/database/ web application migrations
  • Understanding of SQL Databases, HTML, & UI principles
  • Knowledge of XML & Jason
  • Experience of working with complex software applications
  • Strong hands on experience of software development or technologies
  • Strong ability to communicate with developers and technical users
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Rate / Duration

You will be rewarded with a rate of £375-£425p/d (DOE) on an initial 6 month contract with the likelihood of extensions for the right person
