I am working with an established business operating in the public sector who are looking for a technical support engineer / support Developer to join their growing team.
The reason for the role becoming live is due to an increase in workload and multiple new customers joining the platform. You will join a team of 3 support engineers who primarily look after 1st / 2nd line requests, so you would act as an escalation point to these engineers.
As the company continues to grow, a natural progression opportunity for this individual would be to go into a fully-fledged developer or look at leading a small yet growing team of Support Engineers.
