Software Support Specialist – Kingston Upon Thames – £26-32k – Plus Benefits
A well-established business in Kingston Upon Thames is looking for a 2nd line Support specialist to join their team ASAP. You’ll be brought in to resolve technical issues for their software in a fully varied role from 1st line through to 2nd line. No two days will be the same and you’ll have the autonomy to learn and grow at your own pace. You will be expected to liaise with external customers who use their in-house developed software product.
You’ll be joining a company who have been established for well over 15 years and have enjoyed steady growth over this period.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- 2nd line Support /helpdesk experience
- Windows Server 2008/12/16
- IIS
- Active Directory
- Previous experience of supporting external clients with a software product
In return, you will receive a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 plus a benefits package which includes Pension. 5% bonus & 23 days holiday + BH + many more
