Senior UX Designer – Up to £65,000 – 70% UX focused – London

Amicus recruitment are proud to be working with an award-winning communications agency based in their London office, the company has over 25 offices worldwide and over 550 employees and growing. They are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the team.

As a Senior UX Designer you will have be responsible for ensuring a fantastic experience for users across various levels of the platform. You will be responsible in assisting a new product launch ensuring amazing user journeys to ensure as the products grows, the user’s experience and the overall design remain to an extremely high level. This role will be 70% UX focused where you will work with numerous stakeholders, taking both internal and external feedback to improve customer journey.

Although is this a standalone role you will work alongside the creative hub which is 8 strong on the design side, where you would be responsible for leading the User experience of one of their core products. The client is happy to consider someone from an agency or product environment so long as they have experience of championing UX across the organisation and product teams.

As a UX designer you will be expected to have the following skills:

  • Significant experience working as a lead on cutting edge web projects
  • Champion best practice of usability and user-centric design.
  • Keen eye for innovative design and strong attention to detail,
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Gathering requirements and problem-solving skills
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
