The innovative piece of software is incredibly intricate and complex with huge amounts of data running through it daily.

 

Clients span across varied sectors, but the product has been particularly popular within Retail so many of your clients are brands you likely use frequently. With over 450 clients already utilising the platform and more signing up each day, it’s a really exciting time to join and to be an integral part of this expanding business.

 

They’ve won lots of awards and have recently secured their second huge round of funding in the last 2 years and are growing rapidly!

 

THE ROLE

They product is both consumer and business facing so you get to work with differing users. The initial project that you’ll get stuck into is a client portal where you will be engaging with clients to establish pain points as well as celebrated elements of their daily interactions with the platform – enhancing and solving problems with these features.

 

It’s a super smart platform which is far superior to its competition and your work will have a huge impact on bringing this product to the forefront of the market.

 

You’ll work directly with Product Managers, Engineering, QA and of course Design teams to create visually appealing and usable interfaces.

 

THE SKILLS

This is a Senior role so a minimum of 3 years’ experience of designing Software and Desktop Products is essential.

 

You’ll by no means be a coder, but an understanding of HTML, CSS and ideally JavaScript would be important for communications with Engineering and understanding capabilities and restraints.

 

You must be a team player, supportive, kind and enthusiastic alongside some more practical skills/experiences as below:

  • Clear and effective communication with team, clients, users and senior stakeholders
  • Strong research and analysis experience (user and market)
  • Expert in modern design standards – all UX deliverables will fall under your remit so being an expert in modern wireframing and prototyping tools is important
  • Proven understanding of accessibility guidelines
  • Experience creating or enhancing design systems and libraries
  • User testing and evaluations
  • Demonstratable experience of dashboard and chatbot design

 

 

THE PACKAGE

The salary is dependent on experience; however, the budget is up to £80,000 as well as stock options.
