Amicus Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a market leading SaaS provider who are looking for a full stack developer.

The company was formed ten years ago and have grown significantly in this time, developing and rolling out their very own social engagement platform. They enable their clients to provide immediate and on the spot resolutions to ensure long standing relationships. This is achieved by creating a clear avenue of communication between company and customer through a cutting edge tech platform.

The company are continuing to grow at a substantial rate and are looking to add an additional 5 experienced developers to their current 24 in the office. They offer a very flexible working environment which is encouraged by working 3 days a week from home. Innovation days are frequent enabling employees to have input on the development of the company’s platform. In addition, they have implemented a clear progression plan in the form of a ladder system highlighting exactly what needs to be done to progress with the business.

As a full stack developer, you’ll be working alongside industry experts working on greenfield projects as well as maintaining the current platform. They work in an agile environment in small scrum squads of 5-6 individuals. They use ReactJS to develop their Front-End Application and Python, MongoDB, Django on the Back end.

To be successful you will need the following:

  • A minimum of 18 months commercial experience
  • Django
  • MongoDB
  • Agile
  • JavaScript – (ReactJS a bonus)
  • TDD
  • Great communication skills with a focus on Continuous delivery
  • Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a face paced team
