MID AND SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNERS - £40,000 TO £60,000 – CENTRAL LONDON
A 15-year-old global leading FinTech business with year on year profit since establishment are looking to refresh their digital products. After recently bringing in a brand-new C Level Design Leader, huge change is underway. Having previously taken a more “traditional” view to design, they have identified a huge opportunity to enhance their business and are undergoing a phase of major transformation digitally.
Your new leader will be inspiring change and Product growth and will be guiding the teams designs towards a new age look and feel.
With offices placed across the world and over 500 employees globally, they are going from strength to strength and they hope to support you to do the same.
The Product Team is split up in to three parts, each with a very specific goal. You will work closely with your Product Owner, other Designers, Developers and Senior Design Managers in a distributed design model.
As part of a collaborative team, you will gain full exposure to a modern design lifecycle taking part in the creation of a clear product design language and system.
You’ll work on varied B2B projects including Research and Development, Internal and BAU focusing on improvements, and Greenfield projects from discovery.
You’ll be involved in all of the following so these are things that you will ideally have a couple of years’ experience of:
- User and market research to evaluate the core needs and identify opportunities to improve
- B2B platform design
- Design of systems with large data volumes
- Presenting complex data simply
- Information Architecture
- Wireframing, prototyping, stakeholder workshops etc.
- Working in an agile environment
- Solid experience with UI Design
Dependant on your skill and experience level, you will be looking at a salary in the range of £40,000 - £60,000.
