This 5-year-old business are aiming to improve work environments across the globe. They are growing at a rapid pace and are looking to introduce further Mid-Senior Product Designers to their ambitious team in Central London.

You will be joining a business of almost 100 employees across the UK as a part of their small (for now) Design Team. Over the next 18 months, the plans are to double in size.
You will be working directly with the Head of UX working alongside the Product Owners on one of many user streams. The product is complex, user groups are varied, and we need someone who can come up with exciting solutions to problems as well as exploring brand new products and features.
This is an end-to-end Product Design role where you will be responsible for the Research, User Experience and User Interface Design, Delivery and Iterations.
As the Senior Product Designer, you will be the owner of your business stream. You will lead the project and have opportunities to build your team going forward.
Each change you make will have an impact on the other business streams and their user groups, so collaboration is key!
Whilst there is no emphasis on amount of experience, the type of experience is important – to be successful in this role you must have worked on designing complex products.
You must have experience of:
- End-to-end product design from Ideation, Research, UX Design, UI Design, Launch and Maintenance
- Experience of designing products for differing user groups
- Building design libraries and patterns and maintaining these
- Working with Product Owners and Engineers to deliver on projects
- Maintaining existing streams as well as working on discovery projects ideating new features and even new products all together
