Job Description

I have just partnered with a pioneering early-stage start-up who are looking to hire a Machine Learning Engineer.

Company

Incorporated earlier this year, this London based business are on a passionate mission to change the way data is used! Having already received over £1.5m initial funding and backed by top investors, they’re building out a platform like no other where customers can unlock the true potential of data whilst ensuring integrity. Their infrastructure will allow the application of Machine Learning models to derive key insights effectively and efficiently all whilst protecting the data itself. Technology is at their core, and they are searching for someone to help drive their vision and make it a reality!

Role

If you are looking to make a real difference to the world of data, this role is for you! As the first hire in the engineering team, you will be responsible for building out an infrastructure of Machine Learning tools and solutions using the latest techniques. You’ll work alongside the founders to establish best practices and improve solutions already in place, staying up to date on research related to the field. As an engineer, you should be comfortable discussing and working with all aspects of Machine Learning and ready to dive right into coding. You can expect to work autonomously and as the team grows, the founders will be looking to you to mentor and develop future team members.

You should apply if you have:

· Experience in developing end to end Machine Learning models

· Proficiency in Python/Pandas/Numpy

· Skills in Deep Learning libraries such as TensorFlow & Keras

· Solid experience in software engineering/development!

On offer is a salary between £50,000 - £80,000, stock options, holiday vouchers, private healthcare and more!
