My client a leading technology business based in Stockport have an urgent requirement for a Head of Service Delivery. You will be responsible for leading a high performing Service management team ensuring the continued success and quality within the team. You will make sure the SLA’s meet current legislations and the team are constantly adhering to best practises, helping the business grow their presence in the UK and overseas. The business is evolving and this role is vital to ensure exceptional service to their rapidly evolving customer base.
You will be accountable for the cost and budget within the Service management departments and work with the leadership team to ensure the business meets and supersede their annual objectives. You will ensure an operations strategy that is fit for purpose and that is agile in their ever changing fast paced environment. The service delivery manager is expected to have the following skills and experience to be considered:
- Experience of leading a service management team / function
- Very strong ITIL understanding / ITIL certified
- ISO 20,000
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Has budget management
- Change management experience
- Experience working in business’s where your responsibility included supporting critical tech infrastructure
