Python Engineer / Django / API Development / Up to £75,000 / FULLY REMOTE

I’ve got a brand-new Python Engineer role on with a product-based company that have only been in operation for 3 years.

The company develop their own finance platform which is currently used by 5,000 customers across the UK and that is projected to grow to 30,000 by the end of 2019. They currently have 15 people in the business are looking to grow out the team over the year. They have a number of exciting projects on the go and are doing a lot of integration work with HMRC therefore, you will not be bored working for them.

They are looking for a Python Engineer with strong experience using Django building web-based applications and products. A massive part of this role will involve creating API’s to connect their backend systems with their mobile application therefore, prior experience creating API’s is a must. In addition, you will be expected to maintain, support and implement new features to their platform to continue the growth of the business.

Skills:

  • Strong Python Development skills
  • Experience using Django
  • Experience creating API’s
  • Ability to write unit tests
  • Great attitude and passion to want to grow the business and your career
  • Computer Science or similar Engineering degree would be desirable

Package:

A salary of between £60,000 - £75,000 is on offer along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 3% matched pension, share options plus many more.
