Do you have aspirations over the next two years of becoming a CTO at a leading a cutting-edge technology business? If so my client wants to transition a Full Stack Developer who has this desire. You will initially start by leading a small team of developers and remain 70-80% hands on, this is expected to become less hands on as the team grows. One of your first tasks will be to add another developer to your team. You will also be tasked with developing and driving improvement in the company’s two flagships products.
They have a vast array of upcoming projects which include work to automate and improve data collection, improve visualisation, integrate the company’s 2 flagship products together, improve data base performance and many others. As the Full Stack Developer, you will take complete ownership of these projects and be tasked to grow the technology function. As well as doing this they want someone to implement an agile workforce, they currently follow a loose version of agile and want an individual to improve as needed.
The client has a relaxed culture and a fantastic unique offering, they were founded three years ago and currently have 15 employees in their London office, with this role reporting directly into the CEO. You will be a passionate technologist and want to be an individual who enjoys improving coding standards. To be considered for this fantastic role, you will be expected to have the following skills:
- AngularJS (2/4/5 is a bonus)
- Have worked in and understand Agile environments
