Senior Business Analyst (Client Reporting) – Up to £60k – London
My client, a bespoke wealth and investment organisation, are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their expanding team to support an exciting new programme of work.
This role is focused on the Front Office work-stream and therefore requires knowledge and experience of operating multiple business area’s and work-streams.
Duties: -
- Support all elements of the Front Office Operating Model Development
- Support all elements of the client readiness workstream, specifically:
- Undertake a complete assessment of how clients will be impacted by this change, considering client journeys and key interaction points given TOM
- Manage production and dissemination of key client communications before and after go-live including the production of FAQs as required
- Review and revise client/agent terms and conditions per TOM requirements and manage production of new ones
- Ensure the new website and app have the appropriate regulatory and compliance disclosures and support the configuration
- Ensure that clients are communicated to and have user name and passwords supplied
- Review and revise client correspondence impacted by the project
- Review and revise all product literature, application forms etc. as required to support new TOM
- Ensure business has full understanding of all MI and reporting requirements (including dashboards) in the current operating model, and have a) mapped these across to an equivalent in the TOM, b) identified a gap requiring development, c) concluded no gap due to different functionality
