Backend Engineer’s – Golang – £50,000 – £90,000 – Fully remote – London
We are delighted to be partnering with an innovative stealth mode start-up business who are looking at building out their Golang team.
The founder is a tech entrepreneur and has previously founded and sold two tech businesses in the last ten years. He has spotted a gap in the market in the tech communication market, with his two main competitors worth billions of pounds. He has now received funding from a market lead VC and is now building out the product after designing a pilot product during the last 6 months. As a Golang engineer you will create the architecture from scratch using microservices and use cutting edge technology to solve extremely challenging problems.
You will be a problem solver, want to add significant value working alongside the founder that has massive plans for growth. They have an offshore frontend team which will be hired to work from their London office, however the founder is extremely flexible and will allow fully remote working full time. They use Docker and Kubernetes, and everything is hosted on GCP. To be considered for this opportunity, you are expected to have the following skills and experience:
- 18 Months minimum experience with Golang
- Microservice architecture
- Ideally experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
If you have any experience with any frontend frameworks like VueJS or React, this will be considered highly advantageous. They are paying salaries between £50,000 - £90,000 plus extremely favorable share options.
