2nd Line Support Engineer – London/Home Based – £32,000

Office365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows/MAC, Windows Server 2008//12/16

A managed service provider based in central London is looking for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. You will be brought in to resolve technical issues from the helpdesk and provide administration and maintenance of client servers (Windows Server 2008/12/16).

You’ll be joining a company who have been established for 8 years and have enjoyed steady growth over this period. With an average tenure of over 2 years, you’ll be joining a business who look after their staff and provide a good working environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • 2nd line support experience
  • Experience of providing desktop support
  • Cloud Technology knowledge such as - SharePoint Online / Office 365 / Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Building Laptops & MACs
  • Windows Server (2008/12/16)

In return, you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £32,000 plus a benefits package which includes Pension & 20 days holiday + BH.
