1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer – London – £25-35k
I’m working with a fantastic financial organisation in Central London who are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join their team to provide exceptional support to over 100 users as well as managing the infrastructure that their entire technology performs.
Part of a wider team of 8 (including developers) you’ll provide a very high level of service and ensure that all issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
This role will suit a bright, enthusiastic individual with 1-3 years experience who’s looking to work with a forward thinking financial business.
Responsibilities
- Desktop Support (40%)
- Telephone Support & call logging
- Investigate issues
- Build a solid understanding if the businesses IT systems
Skills
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Windows 7-10
- MS Office 2010-2016
- Windows Server 2008+
- Firewall / Routers / VLAN / VPN configuration
- SAN technologies
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange management
